Savory Foods: Cookie Dough and Popcorn

Our next adventure is with Savory Foods(www.savoryfoods.com) to sell Cookie Dough and Caramel Corn. The products are all freshly made with the highest quality ingredients. They make great gifts. Or bake the cookies and pass them off as homemade – they are THAT good!

There is no minimum sale requirement or buy-out required

Simple Pricing Structure - All items are the same price; $15 and your family profit is $3 per item.

Immediate Receipt of Funds Raised - Your customers make checks out to you for $15 per item purchased and when you turn in your order form you make out a check to West Madison Polar Caps for $12 per item sold. You keep $3 per item sold immediately – no waiting for the Club to send you a refund check!

This is a great way for you to earn money to offset fees, pay for that new stick, go to a camp over the Winter Break!! If you sell 25 items you keep $75, if you sell 50 items you earn $150 and if you sell 100 items you keep $300!!

ADDITIONALLY - - -
Every team who has someone who sells at least 1 item wins a First Aid Kit for their team.
Every player who sells 25 items wins an Energy Armor Wrist Band.
Every player who sells at least 50 items has their name entered into a drawing to win an iPod Touch 32G.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Monday and Tuesday December 5th and 6th Savory Foods will be at MIA with SAMPLES (!!) and to answer questions. YOU will then make ONE CHECK out to West Madison Polar Caps for your entire player’s/family’s order ($12 per item).

THURSDAY, December 22nd The deadline to turn in Order Summary Sheets and checks to Lisa Cutting, place in FundRaising Mailbox at MIA. $70 Family Fundraising goal
The board has set a goal for every family to raise $70 in addition to the merchant cards.  What does that look like for you?  Are you a family that just wants to get this obligation out of the way?  Just make a donation to the club for $70, and done.  Are you a family who would like to be able to reduce your fees while earning money for the club?  We have several options.  1) Sell Ad Banners that will hang at the rink to local businesses.  They sell for $600, $100 to make the banner, $250 to the club and a $250 ice fee reduction for you. A sales flyer is in the Documents section of our website, a link is provided below  2) Once again in October we will be selling Rose Wreaths, Riley Lanham(then in 5th grade) spent an afternoon last November going door to door in his neighborhood, in 3 hours he raised $100 for the club and earned $100 in ice fees.  3)In November, we are working with a new company Savory Foods and we will be selling cookie dough and popcorn. Every item you sell will earn $3.00 for the club and reduce your ice fees by $3.00.
More to come as I iron out the details, I look forward to hearing from you and working together to make this a great year.
